Blend Architects was commissioned to undertake RIBA Stage 4 services for a rear extension to a detached property in Shropshire.
We took advantage of permitted development rights and existing openings within the rear elevation to develop a highly functional and modern space on a tight budget. The space benefits from large bifold doors with direct access into the garden and glazed apertures, allowing south-facing light to flood the interior spaces.
